• Intune: device enrolment, encryption, patching, compliance checks and remote wipe.
• Entra ID: one identity per person, with Conditional Access and enforced MFA.
• Windows Autopilot: new laptops ship straight to staff and set themselves up on first sign-in.

Secure settings from day one

The security baseline is applied to every tenant: Defender for Endpoint P2 on every managed device, attack surface reduction rules, Conditional Access with MFA enforced and legacy authentication blocked, and backup held outside the tenant. All of it is mapped to the Essential Eight and written into your documentation register.

Implementation is part of the fee

Many providers quote a Microsoft 365 move as a separate project. For us it is covered by the same $150 per user, per month. Work that touches people's day is planned in stages, and staff get a one-page note on what changes for them.

Licences at cost

Jinba IT is a Microsoft CSP partner. Microsoft licences are passed through at our CSP price with no markup, so the licence advice we give is never shaped by margin.
