$150 per user, per month
One figure per person covers security, support and the Modern Workplace. Licences and hardware are passed through at cost. The agreement is month to month.
What the fee covers
- Support and the service desk, with no per-ticket charges and no after-hours loading
- Security, including the 24/7 SOC and Defender for Endpoint P2
- Device management through Intune, part of Microsoft 365 secured for legal
- Microsoft 365 backup with scheduled restore tests
- Email security and identity monitoring
- Monitoring, monthly reporting, and projects scoped in a quarterly roadmap
What costs extra
Microsoft licences and hardware. Both are resold at zero markup. As a Microsoft CSP partner, Jinba IT charges you the same licence price it pays.
How it compares
Across Melbourne, fully managed IT tends to cost $110 to $220 per person each month, and the spread depends on what is bundled. Ours includes the security operations centre for every user.

Terms
Month to month, with a month's notice and no exit fee. The agreement is six pages in plain English. Should you leave, the practice receives every password, document and configuration record we hold.
Is it right for your practice?
We mostly work with practices of 10 to 150 staff. Under about five people, break-fix support usually costs less, and we will tell you so.
