Days 1–3: the assessment
We look at your Microsoft 365 configuration, how people sign in, devices, backups and licence spend. Access is read-only, so nothing changes. The findings belong to you whether or not you go ahead.
Days 4–7: the plan
You receive a written, fixed-price plan: what needs fixing first, what it costs and what can wait. Security gaps that expose client data go to the top.
Days 8–21: the cutover
Admin access transfers to us and the security baseline is applied. Devices are enrolled in Intune in stages, so nobody loses a working day. Your people receive a one-page summary of what changes for them.
Day 22 onward: steady state
Expect a brief report every month and a roadmap discussion every quarter. Your documentation register is reviewed every month and exported whenever you ask.
